Union Law Minister Kiren Rijiju on July 27 refused to comment on Supreme Court upholding validity of various provisions of Prevention of Money Laundering Act. “When the Supreme Court has passed an order or a judgment that validates the stand of the Government or the provisions of the Act, that itself is something that I should not be making any comment now,” he said. “When the Opposition does not have any agenda in their hands, they try to raise certain issues in Parliament to create disruptions and disturbances. These are bogus issues,” he added while addressing Congress’ allegations of BJP using central agencies as per their whims and fancies.
