Highlighting recent conflicts, including India’s Operation Sindoor against Pakistan-backed networks and Israel’s confrontation with Iran after October 7, he stressed that effective deterrence requires targeting both perpetrators and their sponsors. Citrinowicz praised India’s robust military capabilities and growing defense industry, strengthened through collaboration with Israel.
