Odisha: Transgenders to take part in state-level I-Day parade barefoot

With barely a week left for the Independence Day celebrations, 30 transgender (TGs) in the city are practicing hard as they will take part in the state-level ceremonial parade for the first time in India. However, the TGs will parade barefoot as they don't have enough money to buy shoes and proper uniform.
