No community transmission in the country yet: Union Health Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan

Union Health Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan has said that of the total number of tests conducted, the percentage of positive cases has not risen beyond 4%. He also added that India has still not slipped into Stage 3 of the pandemic- that of community transmission. He also assured all that faulty rapid testing kits would be returned, irrespective of the country they come from, including China.
