NHRC notice to Rajasthan government over lynching of man

The National Human Rights Commission has issued a notice to the Rajasthan government over the lynching of a man in Alwar by so-called 'Gau Rakshaks'. It has also asked the Union home ministry to share information about the steps being taken to deal with such incidents.
