While addressing a press conference on May 3, Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) President Nana Patole spoke on Prithviraj Chauhan's remark on chances of BJP-NCP's alliance in Maharashtra. He said that NCP would not do such mistake by forming alliance with BJP in Maharashtra. He said, 'Prithviraj Chavan has been our former Chief Minister and has worked on National level as a political leader. His political study is stronger than mine, However, I can only comment on this matter once I talk to him in-person.'Maharashtra is such state which follows Ambedka's thoughts and is recognised as 'Program based Maharashtra'. And I believe that during such time, NCP would not do such mistake,' he added.
