MHA grants e-visa to 100 Hindus and Sikhs after gurudwara attack in Kabul
Ministry of Home Affairs has granted over 100 e-visas to Hindus and Sikhs in Afghanistan on priority. This has come after a terror attack took place at a gurudwara Karte Parwan in the capital Kabul. Indian officals claimed about 150 Hindus and Sikhs currently reside in Afghanistan under severe threat to their life. The emergency e-visas will expedite their evacuation. The Afghan Hindus and Sikhs minority had already been suffering since the Taliban took over the country in August 2021.
