A man was critically injured after being lifted into the air while holding onto a tin shed during a powerful dust storm in Bareilly district of Uttar Pradesh. The incident took place in Bamiyana village under Bhamora police station area when strong winds uprooted a tin structure at a local marriage hall. Villagers said several people initially tried to hold the shed down, but most ran for safety as the storm intensified. The youth, identified as Nanhe, continued clinging to the structure and was eventually thrown nearly 50 feet into a nearby field. He sustained multiple fractures and breathing difficulties and is undergoing treatment at a private hospital, where his condition remains critical.
