The Jammu and Kashmir police officer Rashid Malik and his team showed compassion and organised the final rites of a covid-19 patient. The family members of the patient could not attend the last rites because of lockdown. They too have apprehensions about the fact that she was a coronavirus patient. The lady who was admitted to the hospital with covid-19 symptoms breathed her last yesterday. Till now, India has reported over 31000 positive cases and over 1000 deaths due to covid-19.
