Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited poll-bound Karnataka for the second time this month, to launch various development works in the Kalyana Karnataka region. Modi in his visit to Karnataka's Yadgir district laid a foundation stone and inaugurated a slew of projects on Thursday. He inaugurated various developmental projects related to irrigation and drinking water under the Jal Jeevan Mission in Kodekal, Yadgir. The Rs 2,050 crore project will provide potable water to 2.3 lakh households in more than 700 rural habitations and three towns in Yadgir.
