Liquor won’t be banned in Bastar until Panchayat says: Chhattisgarh Excise Minister Kawasi Lakhma

Chhattisgarh Excise Minister Kawasi Lakhma, on April 10 reacted to the recent decision to ban liquor in the state. The Minister Kawasi Lakhma in his statement said that there cannot be a ban on liquor in Bastar till he is alive. He further asserted that only Panchayat’s decision can bring a liquor ban in Bastar.
