Kotak Mahindra Bank denies of operating fake accounts after I-T raid

The Income Tax Department conducted a raid at the Kotak Mahindra Bank in the national capital’s KG Marg branch in connection with a survey on two of its customers. The bank, however, denied that they were operating any fake account after issuing a statement. This raid comes after the I-T department unearthed at least 15 fake accounts at the Chandni Chowk branch of Axis Bank.
