Karnataka Congress Chief DK Shivakumar threw currency notes at people in a campaign rally on March 28. The incident occurred during the ‘Praja Dhwani Yatra’ near Bevinahalli in Mandya district. DK Shivakumar threw Rs 500 currency notes on the artists.
