ISRO releases second set of lunar surface pics sent by Chandrayaan-2

ISRO has released the second set of lunar surface pictures sent by Chandrayaan-2 on Monday. The agency tweeted, " Lunar surface imaged by Terrain Mapping Camera-2(TMC-2) of #Chandrayaan-2 on August 23 at an altitude of about 4375 km showing craters such as Jackson, Mach, Korolev and Mitra (In the name of Prof. Sisir Kumar Mitra)." Chandrayaan-2 had already entered lunar orbit. ISRO has planned its landing to make a soft landing on the lunar surface on September 7. Chandrayaan-2 is carrying a total of 14 payloads.
