INX Media case: P Chidambaram willing to go to ED’s custody

The Supreme Court has refused to review the 'Kingpin' reference after the Delhi court had used in its order in connection with the INX Media case. On the other hand, P Chidambaram has requested the court not to be sent to judicial custody. P Chidambaram's lawyer Kapil Sibal said in court, "As far as CBI is concerned, why should I (P Chidambaram) be sent to judicial custody? They've asked all the questions. I'm willing to go to ED’s custody. I should not be sent to judicial custody."
