Indian Army Showcases Joint Combat Readiness In Jaisalmer During Exercise 'Akhand Prahar'

The Konark Corps of the Southern Command is participating in Exercise Akhand Prahar in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, under the Tri-Services Exercise Trishul, demonstrating India’s joint operational strength. The drills focus on multi-domain combat readiness, integrating the Indian Army, Air Force, and other national assets. Troops conduct rapid mobilisation, precision strikes, integrated firepower exercises, and networked operations with real-time intelligence support. Advanced technologies such as drones, AI-based decision tools, and modern communication systems enhance situational awareness. The IAF provides close air support and targeting coordination. Senior commanders assess operational preparedness and inter-service synergy. The exercise highlights India’s commitment to maintaining high readiness, seamless coordination across services, and the Konark Corps’ role in defending the western desert front.
