In a 'goodwill gesture', India to release 11 Pakistani civil prisoners

Days after PM Narendra Modi's casual meeting with his Pakistan counterpart Nawaz Sharif, India will release 11 civil prisoners in what officials described as a 'goodwill gesture'.
