After Rahul Gandhi was convicted to two years in prison in a defamation case, Bharatiya Janata Party leader Sushil Kumar Modi said that he too had filed a case against the Congress over the same issue. “I too had filed a case against Rahul Gandhi in Patna on the same issue. He appeared once. I hope all the courts, where this case is ongoing, will convict him,” he said.
