There has been a raging debate in Britain over the introduction of a new visa scheme which aims to attract entrepreneurs. Many believe the new scheme has put more than 1,000 highly skilled migrants at risk of deportation for mistakes on their tax returns. Indian origin MP Tanmanjeet Singh Dhesi spoke about the impact of this rule on his constituents and described the use of 322 (5) rule as "heavy-handed."
