Contrasting it with Rahul’s present opposition to the Constitution (130th Amendment) Bill, 2025, Shah asked: “If tearing the ordinance was morality then, what changed now?” The proposed amendment seeks automatic removal of the Prime Minister, Chief Ministers, or Ministers if jailed for more than 30 days on serious charges.
