Hindu bank employee shot dead in J&K: Activists say Centre has failed to protect Kashmiri Hindus

Vijay Kumar, the bank employee shot dead by Pak-backed terror groups, is the 8th victim of targeted killings in the valley in one month. Kashmiri activists have blamed the. Centre as well as the local administration of having failed to protect the non-Muslim employees posted in the Kashmir valley. Vijay Kumar was a manager with the Ellaqui Dehati Bank in Kulgam district. He was shot at by a lone terrorist in his branch and died on way to hospital. A couple of days earlier, a Hindu school teacher Rajni Bala was killed in the same district.
