Heavy traffic jam in Kullu

Heavy traffic was witnessed in Himachal Pradesh's Kullu where about 2,200 stranded vehicles crossed after the Kullu-Manali road was opened on Tuesday evening. Thousands of tourists were stuck in the hill state due to landslides and flash floods caused by heavy rain.
