The condition in Haryana’s Nuh remained tense after clashes broke out in the district on July 31. In the wake of the violence, security tightened and a curfew was imposed in the district. Security forces conducted a flag march in the district amid the tense situation. Notably, a total of five people have died including two home guards who were shot dead after a clash on July 31. According to Haryana Police, 41 FIRs have been registered and 116 people have been arrested so far.
