Gen Bipin Rawat assures action against Major Gogoi, if found guilty

Army chief General Bipin Rawat said that anyone from the army of any rank will not be spared if found guilty in any wrong doing. Gen Rawat was answering the question over recent controversy involving Major Gogoi to which he replied that the punishment will be exemplary and assured that if Major is found guilty he will be punished.
