Former IRS officer and Congress leader Preeta Harit joined BJP in Delhi on June 19. She joined the BJP in presence of Delhi BJP President Virendraa Sachdeva and BJP National Vice President Baijayant Jay Panda. Preeta Harit contested the 2019 Lok Sabha elections on a Congress ticket from the Agra seat.
