Former DCW chief Barkha Singh on Manipur incident

The former Delhi women's panel chief condemned the horrifying video from Manipur in which two tribal women were paraded naked and gang-raped by a group of men. "It's a very unfortunate incident," she said. However, she criticised current DCW chief Swati Maliwal for visiting Manipur, accusing her of politicing the issue.
