Dharmendra Pradhan Announces CBT-Based NEET UG Amid Crackdown After Paper Leak
Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has announced that NEET UG will shift completely to computer-based testing from next year following the 2026 paper leak controversy. The NEET UG re-exam will be conducted on June 21, with fresh admit cards issued by June 14. Candidates will receive full fee refunds and the re-exam will be free of cost. The government has ordered a detailed Central Bureau of Investigation probe and reiterated its zero-tolerance policy against exam malpractice. Watch
