According to the petitioner, on December 26, 2017, Pandya posted a comment on his Twitter account, which insulted Ambedkar. The petitioner said that Pandya had also hurt the sentiments of the community he belongs to. He added that the cricketer had disregarded the Constitution, and the architect of the Constitution, deliberately.
