Covid-19: UNSC nations pledge support in fight against coronavirus

The UN Security Council nations in a video conference with the secretary-general Antonio Guterres pledge support in the fight against coronavirus. Guterres said that the world faces its gravest test from the coronavirus pandemic. The secretary-general further added that it poses a significant threat to the maintenance of international peace and security. Antonio Guterres said that coronavirus pandemic could potentially lead "to an increase in social unrest and violence that would greatly undermine our ability to fight the disease."
