Covid-19: ICMR strikes off plasma therapy from its prescribed list of treatments

India on Monday dropped convalescent plasma therapy from the list of treatments prescribed for the management of adult coronavirus disease (Covid-19) patients, a move that triggered growing evidence against the therapy benefiting Covid-19 patients in any way.

Trump Announces $300 Reliance Investment To Build Oil Refinery In Texas, Thanks 'Partners In India'

Reliance Industries, led by Mukesh Ambani, will partner in constructing the first new oil refinery in the United States in 50 years, a $300 billion project at the Port of Brownsville, Texas, announced Donald Trump. Shared on Truth Social, Trump said the refinery, developed by America First Refining with Reliance’s investment support, is “the biggest in U.S. history.” He highlighted that it would supply fuel to domestic markets, strengthen national security, boost American energy production, and enhance global energy exports. Trump also called it a historic investment and thanked India’s largest private energy company for its involvement. Reliance Industries has not yet confirmed the announcement. The refinery is expected to bring significant economic benefits to the region and the broader U.S. energy sector.
