Coast Guard helicopter crashes near Cochin Airport during training session, 2 injured

An incident of the forced landing of a helicopter of the Indian Coast Guard took place at Nedumbassery in Kochi on Sunday, an official source said. The pilots of the force were testing the chopper when it had to make a forced landing. According to sources at Nedumbassery, three officials of the Coast Guard were on the helicopter and two person sustained injuries. He has been rushed to a private hospital in Angamaly for treatment, sources said. The incident happened at around 12.25pm.
