Congress minister in Chhattisgarh Kawasi Lakhma was caught on camera teaching locals how to smoke bidi. In the video, Lakhma instructs a villager to inhale smoke through mouth and exhale through the nose and then goes on to demonstrate the process himself. The BJP hit out at the minister for encouraging smoking habit, saying the minister’s behaviour goes against Gandhiji’s teaching, who was against any form of intoxication.
