CBI faces heat for delay in SSR, Moin Qureshi cases

Even as the CBI is facing heat from various quarters for the 'delay' in probe in the mysterious death of Sushant Singh Rajput, the agency has also found itself at the receiving end of the special CBI court in the Moin Qureshi case. Moin Qureshi is a meat exporter is accused of hawala operation and is facing probe over corruption charges. In a scathing remark, the court said that if no definitive timeline can be given in a probe, does that mean that the investigations will go on for an indefinite period of time, so that FIR may die its own death?
