Amid political uproar across the country over an under-construction bridge collapse in Bhagalpur, Former Bihar Minister and BJP MLA Neeraj Kumar Singh alias Bablu on June 06 demanded a CBI probe in the case. Neeraj Kumar Singh said, “The biggest scam has been exposed in Bihar. This is not an accident but a planted scam. The department has decided to blacklist the company but that is not a solution. Special investigation through CBI or senior judges should be done. The investment done should be recovered or a new bridge should be constructed in the tender of the same amount. CBI inquiry should be done on the officials involved in the matter.”
