Bhiwani double murder: Politics continues, BJP alleges complete lawlessness in Rajasthan

Nuh police have registered a case against "30-40" unnamed personnel of Rajasthan Police under several IPC sections that include rioting and house trespass for allegedly pushing a pregnant woman, the wife of one of the accused in the alleged murder of two men in Bhiwani, during a raid on February 17. The woman, Kamlesh, had a miscarriage. The fetus was exhumed by Nuh police on Sunday for a probe. The FIR against the Rajasthan cops was filed by Nuh police on a complaint from accused cow vigilante Shrikant's mother Dulari. Sections 148 (rioting), 149 (unlawful assembly), 312 (causing miscarriage) 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 354 (assaulting a woman) and 452 (house trespass) of IPC have been invoked in the FIR.
