JD(U) leader KC Tyagi dismissed his colleague Upendra Kushwaha's view that the party will be destroyed with Nitish Kumar projecting Tejashwi Yadav as Bihar’s future leader. "Under Nitish Kumar's leadership, JD(U) is progressing in a dynamic way. Upendra Kushwaha's opinion is pointless," he said. On PM Modi's charge at Congress that it doesn't use Nehru's surname, Tyagi said that it is a personal matter of the grand old party and no one should have any say in it. However, he agreed with PM Modi's jibe that under Indira-Nehru rule, Article 356 was misused.
