Anna Hazare to begin indefinite hunger strike from January 30 in support of farmers protesting against agriculture laws

Social activist Kisan Baburao Hazare, more popular as Anna Hazare, has announced that he will begin indefinite hunger strike from January 30 in support of farmers protesting against the new agriculture laws. Anna will go on hunger strike at his native village Ralegan Siddhi in Maharashtra. He also said that it would be his 'last protest'. Anna observed a fast on December 8 in support of the Bharat Bandh called by farmer organisations demanding a repeal of the new agriculture laws.
