Reportedly, a person was stabbed over a dispute in Bara Shaheed Dargah area of Nellore, Andhra Pradesh on February 15. The dispute arose over political differences. The victim has been identified as Sameer. YSRCP MLA from Nellore Anil Kumar Yadav visited Sameer in the hospital. He alleged TDP sympathisers tried to assassinate Sameer. Anil Kumar Yadav said, “An assassination attempt was made on Sameer by a follower of the Telugu Desam sympathetic MLA.... Sameer is a very active young man in YSRCP party for last 10 years.”
