Amid rising crew shortages, the debt-ridden Air India airlines pilot threaten to strike over long working hours and unfair compensation by the management.In a letter written to the Air India management, pilots have alleged that the Expat pilots are brought in with 80% salary hike whereas their salaries have not been restored to the pre COVID levels.
