Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani attended the India Ideas Summit 2022 organised by the US-India Business Council on September 07. Gautam Adani said that even though there has been a lot of talk about developed nations supporting developing nations in terms of climate change, there is far more that needs to be done urgently. “In terms of climate change, there has been a lot of talk about developed nations supporting developing nations. But, far more needs to be done urgently. With signing of US Climate Bill into law, both nations must find a mechanism to benefit from this. Government has done its part; it is now the job of business to find a way to collaborate. Adani Group has already committed $70 billion to these efforts. It'll see us building 3 Giga factories in India, leading to one of the world's most integrated wind energy value chains,” he said.
