Activist Rajana Kumari's reaction on Kanjhawala case, growing crime against women

The activist says that there is lack of fear, sympathy among criminals that lead to growth in crime against women. She condemns the recent hit-and-run incident and questions as to how the accused could drag the victim for several kilometres without being stopped or at least spotted.
