This Canadian photog captures the hidden beauty of TN

Canadian origin Dawn Lwakila has been documenting Tamil Nadu’s beauty through her snapshots, ever since she moved to Chennai in 2018. Her pictures, however, have an edge to them. Dawn prefers to explore the unexplored, by turning her lens onto the many backroads and bush trails that the state holds. “I've found that in Tamil Nadu each backroad holds its own small wonders. These are places that most people drive right past without even noticing but walking slows the world down. It's the best way to experience the beauty of a place,” she beams.
