During the holy month of Ramadan, Islam followers fast from dawn to sunset and abstain from eating and drinking throughout the day. Food is consumed after fasting for close to 20 hours. Health and fitness experts have always suggested to follow a healthy diet and fitness practice during this month, especially after breaking the fast. Malaysian fitness trainer Jordan Yeoh shares tips on how to remain fit during Ramadan month.
