3 categories of people who should wear face masks

The Ministry of Health has said that everyone need not wear a mask amid the coronavirus pandemic. It added that only people with symptoms of coronavirus, those who are caring for a coronavirus suspected/confirmed patient and health workers attending to patients with respiratory symptoms should wear masks. India has reported 137 confirmed cases of coronavirus so far.
