Conservative Party leader and former London mayor has won the race to become the next Prime Minister of United Kingdom. Boris Johnson defeated his rival Jeremy Hunt by a margin of 92,153 votes to 46,656, in voting by Conservative Party members. He will take over from Theresa May on 24 July, 2019. Watch his campaign video that influenced a large number of Conservative Party members to vote for him.
