United States: Nation's capital eyes cherry blossom overcrowding

Washington D.C. is again watching for overcrowding around its cherry blossoms. The onset of the coronavirus pandemic canceled last year's cherry blossom festival. Now officials hope new deterrents and online programs keep people away from flocking around the Tidal Basin to view the blooms.
