'Unauthorized' Man Triggers Lockdown At Canadian Parliament, Arrested After Overnight Standoff

A man breached security at Ottawa’s Parliament Hill East Block, barricading himself inside overnight. Authorities launched a lockdown, evacuated the area, and deployed special units including bomb disposal robots. No injuries were reported.
