After U.S. President Donald Trump claimed that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is willing to give up Crimea as part of a peace deal with Russia, Kyiv received a small glimmer of relief. Ukraine's Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal announced that the U.S. has agreed to exempt Ukraine from repaying debt linked to a rare earths minerals deal.
