US Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell claimed that tariffs are impacting prices of goods in the country. Powell said effects of tariffs were 'clearly' pushing up prices. He also suggested he could cut interest rates. US President Donald Trump repeatedly demanded rate cuts—and even dubbed the Fed head 'too-late Powell.' The next meeting of the Federal Open is on September 16-17, when such a cut would be decided. Watch this video to know more.
