US President Donald Trump gave his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin a letter by his wife and first lady, Melania Trump. During the Alaska summit on August 15, Trump hand-delivered the letter to Putin. The White House said that Melania's letter raised the issue of abducted children in Russia and Ukraine.
